Born and raised in Neptune Beach, FL, Dr. Sean Altenbach graduated from Duncan U. Fletcher High School and attended the University of Florida for both undergraduate and dental school. He graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and a minor in History. He received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2010.

In 2013, Dr. Altenbach began practicing on his own, continuing the esteemed heritage of an established Jacksonville dental practice. Founded in 1946 by Dr. Reuben Groom, the practice has been blessed to serve generations through the hands of Dr. Robert Wagner and Dr. Heather Alton.

Dr. Altenbach offers a range of services including restorative and preventative dentistry, implant dentistry, aesthetic dentistry, relaxation dentistry, orthodontic care, and oral surgery. He proudly provides the highest level of dental care to the whole family. Dr. Altenbach believes in serving his patients with honesty, gentleness, and excellence.
